 We often hear from clients and their families about challenges and frustrations with their Support at Home Package—late or inconsistent services, frequent changes in care workers, high costs, or services that just don’t meet expectations. 

As an independent care coordinator, we partner with a trusted network of local, professional service providers—not the big corporations. Each provider limits the number of care workers per client to a maximum of three, ensuring continuity of care and consistent cover during holidays or illness.
