Originally from the UK, I have been living in Queensland for 27 years. I have worked in the medical field for around 10 years, and five years ago I became a Home Care Package Advisor.
In 2024, I decided to operate as an independent care coordinator for home care packages under my own business name, Call4Care.
I am currently partnered with Trilogy Care, a flexible and approachable provider of home care packages, focusing on each client’s individual needs and requirements.individual, and we work closely with families and caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Vicki Clifford

Vicki is also originally from the UK and brings with her a wealth of experience in customer care and client support. She is responsible for answering queries, organising additional services, resolving issues, and generally helping to make life that little bit easier to manage.
Vicki has worked alongside Paula in the aged care sector for some 3 years now.
Yvonne Gómez D.
Yvonne is a fully qualified RN with over 10 years’ experience in aged care. She has a strong background in wound and pressure care management, continence assessments, and navigating the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS). Yvonne works closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, helping to ensure seamless access to the health care system. She is currently completing her Nurse Practitioner degree and is passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference.
